PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team and manage the payroll process for our employees across all companies in the Fluid Invest Group. The role will be responsible for collecting and verifying timesheets, calculating wages and deductions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities and Key Performance Areas:
- Manage the payroll for all companies in the Group for Monthly and Weekly wages
- Collect and verify timesheets from employees and managers – digital and hardcopy
- Capture all Leave forms, advances, incentives and allowances
- Calculate gross and net wages, deductions, bonuses, and other payments
- Process payroll using PaySpace Payroll software and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and distribute payslips, statements, and reports to employees and management
- Respond to payroll queries and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Maintain payroll records and files in a secure and confidential manner
- Work closely with HR and Finance
- Keep up to date with tax laws, labour regulations, and payroll best practices
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a payroll administrator
- Proficiency Payroll Software packages – PaySpace experience advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of payroll principles, tax laws, labour regulations and accounting standards
- Attention to detail, accuracy and numerical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deadline driven.
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidentiality and integrity
- Certificate in payroll administration, accounting or related field.
