Apprenticeships and early careers
Our Skills Development Centre provides structured programmes for school leavers and career-changers. You will learn on real projects alongside experienced artisans, building confidence in composites, joinery, electrics, upholstery and metalwork. Graduates move directly into production teams with mentoring and clear progression.
