With a career spanning more than two decades, Corrine has built a reputation for disciplined operational oversight, structured systems implementation, and strong financial and administrative control. Her expertise bridges operational performance and regulatory compliance — ensuring that governance frameworks are not only in place, but embedded into daily business practice.

Corrine holds a Management Development Programme qualification in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Gordon Institute of Business Science. This formal business training, combined with her practical leadership experience, enables her to operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels.

Her background includes senior roles in manufacturing operations, group administration, human resources oversight, and regional sales support management. During her tenure at Duroplastic Technologies, she led group administration and HR functions for over a decade, strengthening reporting structures, documentation controls, staff management systems, and compliance alignment across multiple divisions. Earlier in her career, she managed regional sales support operations, developing strong capabilities in logistics coordination, stock management, financial oversight, and team leadership.

As Group Compliance Manager, Corrine oversees regulatory adherence, operational compliance, documentation governance, and policy alignment. She plays a key role in ensuring that internal systems meet industry standards, that financial and administrative processes remain robust, and that operational risk is mitigated through structured oversight and disciplined execution.
