Her professional background reflects a consistent focus on improving communication between teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that both customers and internal stakeholders receive reliable support and clear information.

Deanne’s experience within the marine industry spans procurement, technical sourcing, warranty coordination, and after-sales service support for internationally distributed yacht fleets. She has worked closely with production teams, suppliers, service departments, and global operational bases to manage warranty processes, spare parts coordination, compliance documentation, and technical service assessments.

In service coordination and warranty assessment roles, Deanne has been responsible for evaluating and processing technical service cases while maintaining clear communication between international teams, service managers, and production departments. Her ability to manage documentation accurately and contribute to process improvements has strengthened operational consistency and accountability across departments.

Alongside her corporate marine experience, Deanne has also built an impressive voluntary service record with the National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI). As a qualified Class 3 Surf Rescue Coxswain and Station Administration Officer, she plays an active role in operational coordination, crew leadership, training support, and station administration. This experience reflects her commitment to teamwork, leadership, and the broader maritime community.

Her qualifications include NMMA Standards Compliance Specialist certification, maritime rescue qualifications through SAMSA, advanced first aid training, and a Master of Yachts Limited qualification.
