Many started as apprentices through our Skills Development Centre, growing into confident professionals. Some began as cleaners or assistants and are now senior laminators, carpenters, and team leaders. Their stories reflect the resilience and opportunity Phoenix was founded on.

Being based in Cape Town gives our team a unique advantage. Many of our people are sailors themselves or have grown up close to the sea, understanding its demands firsthand.
